DG Pool Supply Group LLC ("DG Pool Supply," "we," "our," or "us") operates dgpoolsupplyandservice.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.
Information We Collect
Information you provide: name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping addresses, and order details when you place an order, request a quote, create an account, contact us, or sign up for emails. Payment card information is collected and processed directly by our payment processors; we do not store full card numbers on our systems.
Information collected automatically: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, products viewed or added to cart, referring URLs, and similar usage data, collected through cookies and similar technologies (see "Cookies and Tracking" below).
Information from service providers: fraud-prevention signals from our payment and storefront platforms, and conversation records when you contact us by chat, phone, email, or WhatsApp.
How We Use Your Information
We use personal information to process and deliver orders, provide quotes and installation or repair services, communicate about orders and appointments, respond to inquiries, prevent fraud, improve our Site and catalog, and — with your consent where required — send marketing emails and messages. You can opt out of marketing at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us.
How We Share Information
We share personal information only as needed to run our business: with our storefront and payment providers (including BigCommerce and payment processors), shipping and freight carriers, installation partners when you book a service, live-chat and email service providers, and analytics and advertising platforms (such as Google and Meta) that help us measure and promote our services. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights, customers, or property. We do not sell your personal information for money.
Cookies and Tracking
Our Site uses cookies and similar technologies: strictly necessary cookies (cart, checkout, security), performance and analytics cookies, and advertising cookies used to measure campaigns and show relevant ads on other platforms. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling cookies may limit Site features. Where a cookie consent tool is presented on the Site, you can use it to manage optional cookies.
Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your state of residence (including California and other states with privacy laws), you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, request a copy, request deletion, correct inaccuracies, and opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for targeted advertising. We do not sell personal information for money; to exercise any right or opt out of sharing for advertising, contact us at the address, phone, or email on our Contact page and we will respond as required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
Data Retention and Security
We keep order and transaction records for as long as needed for business, tax, and warranty purposes, and other personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here. We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including encrypted (SSL/TLS) connections on our Site, to protect personal information. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
Our Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with its "Last Updated" date.
