Pricing & Order Processing:
While DG Pool Supply perfection, there may be times when the product information, price or images could be incorrect. If this occurs before shipment of your order, DG Pool Supply will cancel your order and issue a refund within 24 hours. Should the order have already been shipped, we will pick the item up and issue a refund.
Colors:
While we take every effort to display the true colors of the products offered on the Site, due to the differences in today’s computer monitors or display devices we cannot guarantee that the color on your monitors display will accurately display and of the color choices.
Delivery of Services:
Your order(s) will be shipped to the address designated by you. Orders may arrive in multiple packages and on separate days with multiple Product Order forms (POs) depending on type of and volume of product ordered. DG Pool Supply is not responsible for incorrect product selection, compatibility issues, improper use, improper installation, or failure to verify specifications before placing an order.
Professional Installation Required
Some products sold by DG Pool Supply may require installation by a licensed pool contractor, electrician, plumber, gas contractor, or other qualified professional. This may include, but is not limited to, pool pumps, pool lights, transformers, automation systems, heaters, gas heaters, salt systems, valves, plumbing components, electrical components, pool finishes, tile, coping, and construction materials. Customers are responsible for hiring properly licensed professionals when required. DG Pool Supply is not responsible for damage, injury, code violations, failed inspections, equipment failure, water leaks, electrical issues, gas issues, or warranty denial caused by improper installation or installation by an unqualified person.
Permits and Local Code Compliance
Customers are responsible for confirming whether permits, inspections, approvals, or code compliance are required for any installation, repair, replacement, renovation, remodeling, electrical work, gas work, plumbing work, pool equipment installation, or pool construction project. DG Pool Supply does not guarantee that any product, installation method, or project will comply with all local building codes, electrical codes, gas codes, plumbing codes, pool safety codes, homeowners association requirements, or municipal regulations unless specifically stated in writing.
Product Images, Descriptions, and Specifications

Pool finishes, plaster, exposed aggregate, glass beads, tile, coping, stone, grout, pavers, and decorative materials may vary in color, shade, texture, size, pattern, finish, and final appearance. Website photos, samples, manufacturer images, digital renderings, and display images are for reference only and are not guaranteed to be an exact match. Final pool water color and finish appearance may be affected by pool depth, lighting, surrounding materials, water chemistry, application method, weather, curing conditions, startup process, and maintenance.
Special Orders and Non-Returnable Items
Special order items, custom order items, discontinued items, clearance items, pool finishes, tile, coping, stone, chemicals, electrical products, automation products, pool lights, heaters, opened items, installed items, used items, and items ordered specifically for a customer may be non-cancelable and non-returnable. All returns must be approved by DG Pool Supply in writing before any item is shipped back or returned to our location.
Final Sale Items
All sales are final on chemicals, pool finishes, plaster materials, special orders, custom orders, electrical components, automation systems, pool lights, opened items, installed items, used items, clearance items, discontinued items, and products damaged after delivery or pickup. DG Pool Supply reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return requirements.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before they are processed, shipped, prepared for pickup, installed, or ordered from a supplier. Once an order has been processed, shipped, prepared for pickup, installed, or placed as a supplier order, cancellation may not be available. Approved cancellations may be subject to restocking fees, supplier fees, freight charges, payment processing fees, or other costs incurred by DG Pool Supply.
Restocking Fees
Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%, plus any applicable shipping, handling, supplier, freight, processing, or payment transaction fees. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise agreed in writing by DG Pool Supply.
Shipping Damage, Wrong Items, and Missing Items
Customers must inspect all deliveries immediately upon receipt. Any visible damage, concealed damage, missing items, wrong items, freight issues, or delivery problems must be reported to DG Pool Supply within 24 hours of delivery. Customers must keep all original packaging, photos, labels, tracking information, and delivery documents. DG Pool Supply is not responsible for claims reported after the inspection period or for damage caused after delivery.
Freight and Large Item Deliveries
Large, heavy, oversized, or freight-shipped items may require special delivery arrangements. Customers are responsible for providing a valid delivery address with proper access for delivery vehicles. Freight deliveries may be curbside only unless otherwise stated. Customers are responsible for inspecting freight shipments before signing delivery documents. If an item arrives damaged, customers should note the damage on the delivery receipt and contact DG Pool Supply immediately.
Pickup Orders and Storage
Customers must pick up orders within the pickup period provided by DG Pool Supply. Items not picked up within 30 days may be subject to storage fees. Items not picked up within 60 days may be considered abandoned unless other written arrangements have been made. DG Pool Supply is not responsible for damage, loss, shortage, or manufacturer changes to items left unclaimed beyond the pickup period.
Manufacturer Warranties
Product warranties are provided by the manufacturer when applicable. DG Pool Supply does not create, extend, or modify any manufacturer warranty. Warranty approval, coverage, repair, replacement, labor, shipping, and claim decisions are determined by the manufacturer. Improper installation, incorrect voltage, incorrect gas type, improper plumbing, poor water chemistry, high salt levels, low water level, poor circulation, misuse, neglect, lack of maintenance, unauthorized repair, or installation by an unqualified person may void the warranty.
Labor and Installation Warranty
Unless otherwise stated in writing, any labor, installation, or service warranty provided by DG Pool Supply applies only to the specific work performed by DG Pool Supply and does not cover manufacturer defects, unrelated equipment failure, pre-existing conditions, improper use, improper maintenance, water chemistry issues, electrical issues, plumbing issues, gas supply issues, leaks from existing plumbing, acts of God, weather damage, or work performed by others.
Water Chemistry and Equipment Protection
Customers are responsible for maintaining proper pool water chemistry, water level, circulation, filtration, and equipment operation. DG Pool Supply is not responsible for damage caused by improper water chemistry, high salt levels, low water level, chemical imbalance, scale, corrosion, poor circulation, clogged filters, misuse, neglect, lack of maintenance, or failure to operate the pool and equipment properly.
Technical Information and Recommendations
Any technical information, product recommendations, installation suggestions, diagrams, measurements, calculations, product comparisons, or guidance provided by DG Pool Supply are for general informational purposes only. Customers, contractors, and installers must verify all specifications, measurements, voltage, plumbing size, gas type, compatibility, installation requirements, and local code requirements before purchasing or installing any product.
Third-Party Installers and Contractors
If a customer hires a third-party installer, contractor, electrician, plumber, gas contractor, pool contractor, or service provider, DG Pool Supply is not responsible for that person’s work, workmanship, licensing, insurance, permits, delays, damage, errors, omissions, or code compliance. Any dispute related to third-party labor or installation must be handled directly between the customer and the third-party provider.
Service Calls, Diagnostics, and Estimates
Service calls, diagnostics, inspections, troubleshooting, and estimates may be subject to fees. Estimates are based on the information available at the time and may change if additional issues, hidden conditions, code requirements, damaged parts, unavailable materials, or extra labor are discovered. DG Pool Supply is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, underground plumbing issues, electrical issues, gas issues, structural problems, or conditions that were not visible or known at the time of the estimate.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DG Pool Supply’s total liability for any claim related to a product, order, service, installation support, website use, transaction, or recommendation shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim. DG Pool Supply shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, consequential damages, loss of use, loss of profit, property damage, business interruption, water damage, equipment damage, delay damages, or labor costs unless required by applicable law.
Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
Customers agree to contact DG Pool Supply first to resolve any billing, product, shipping, delivery, return, warranty, or service issue before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Fraudulent chargebacks, false claims, or unauthorized payment disputes may result in collection action, recovery of fees, legal costs, account suspension, order cancellation, and refusal of future service or sales.
Fraud Prevention and Order Verification
DG Pool Supply reserves the right to verify orders, payment information, billing information, shipping information, customer identity, and order details before processing or shipping any order. Orders may be delayed, canceled, or refunded if fraud is suspected, information cannot be verified, payment is declined, billing and shipping information do not match, or the order is flagged by our payment processor or fraud prevention system.
Availability and Backorders
Product availability is not guaranteed. Items shown on the website may be out of stock, discontinued, backordered, delayed by the manufacturer, delayed by a supplier, or unavailable at the time of purchase. DG Pool Supply reserves the right to cancel, refund, substitute, or update customers regarding unavailable items. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.
Force Majeure
