The DiversiTech Hurricane Pad H2436-4 is a 24 in. x 36 in. x 4 in. concrete equipment pad designed for the hurricane-prone regions of Florida and the Gulf Coast. It meets the intent of the Florida Building Code for wind resistance (installations up to 150 mph zones) and is an approved alternative to a poured concrete slab for setting pool heaters, pumps, filters and air conditioning condensers.
CladLite concrete construction, pad weight approx. 69 lb. Attachment to the pad uses standard concrete screws - no inserts necessary.
