The Streamline Acrylic Handhold provides an easy solution for the tile installer to install this safety item (ANSI Section 17) on a raised wall where the coping could not be reached by a drowning swimmer. This feature is required per code in several counties that choose to enforce it across the nation. It provides a more contemporary look than those out of date "soap dish" style handholds and furthermore allows a much easier install as it can be glued on top of the tile rather than thinsetted in.
