Harmsco Hurricane HUR 170TC 41 inch 170 Sq Ft Single Filter Cartridge, 170 gpm. The Hurricane filter uses cyclone separation: pressurized water from the pump is close coupled with a minimum of head loss, the flow stream accelerates rotationally to develop a cyclone separation that acts as a pre-filter, and as the flow orbits the cartridge it continuously flutters the pleats, distributing debris evenly over the cartridge media for longer filter cycles.
