USP Anchor-Set is a quick-setting, all-purpose hydraulic cement from Ultra System Products. Mixed with water it instantly plugs leaks, cracks and holes in concrete and masonry - above or below grade, even with flowing water - and anchors bolts, pipes, pool ladders, rails and machinery in minutes.
Non-metallic, non-oxidizing and non-toxic when cured; it does not shrink and slightly expands as it sets for a tight, durable repair. Recommended for swimming pools, ponds, water tanks, foundations and conduit holes. 5-gallon pail.
